Context is VERY Important!

A video a good chunk of Tumblr needs to watch I think.

Reblogging off self because I realized I forgot to say you have to watch it till… near the end honestly, but watching it to the end gives you a little silly bonus…. *shuts up now*

Seriously though, what's stopping you from just killing them now and calling it good?

Mythic glares, “They are Sapient creatures, I don’t know how it works where you are from, but in Moon City, they are considered equals and therefor shall get a fair trial,” he nods.

You think they lay eggs? Makes you wonder what would happen if the a male had it's way with a mare.

"Yes, but once more, those are questions we don’t have the ability to answer, at least not at the moment," he nods.

Ima take a shot in the dark. You know how when bees have a new queen the new queen takes some bees to go build a new hive? What if that's what this Changeling did?

"Also a possibility, though with them having a King, perhaps not… though that is another area we know little about, Changeling reproduction… it is also an area that would probably be rather rude to talk about unless we get full co-operation."

"For what little a greyface's two cents are worth, I think those Changelings have such a low population in that hive because they're misfits. Outcasts; things like that. You said yourself that the big one seems somewhat 'mentally deficient'."

"That could very well be, and is the current assumption, however it is just that, an assumption, if I am ever able to get Somnus not to snap at me or other ponies, I would like to learn more about the group from the members themselves."

Not at all. My friend Vindicar brought me here after he found me in the Everfree Forest, near the lake I commonly fish at. I was weakened from hunger, because I didn’t know how to feed from other creatures. But I’m doing okay now.

"So how many more days is this going to last now?" She asked as she raised an eyebrow and got closer.

A clone enters the room with a few bottles of some thing, “Oh, I see he is up, good morning Zephyr,” the clone bows its head to Rosa, “Miss Rosa,” he greets before looking back at Zephyr, hovering the bottle over, “This is liquidized emotions, it probably tastes horrible, but it will help sustain you till you learn to feed yourself, which as it happens, could happen soon, as we have brokered a deal with the Changelings in our custody.”

"Nemorar? Dear goodness, no. Besides, he's an opinicus, not a griffon. I'm just an observer."

The clone sighs, “Apologies then, I’ve been having a stressful week to say the least, and more then a few have attempted to berate me for something I did not do,” he nods, and continues on what he was doing before he made his frivolous decleration against the anon.

What are your thoughts on the whole lot of them? Also what do you think of them individually?
Anonymous asked

"Changelings as a whole are… interesting creatures… sapient parasitic organisms are not something you often see, and I mean no offense by that, but it is technically accurate, as they need other beings capable of emotion in order to feed," he nods, "This specific group is… surprising… information on Changelings is low, but I have still never seen any reports about such a low population hive before, which makes me somewhat worried about why this is the case and curious to know more about how they ended up this way, but I feel given our current relationship they wouldn’t want to share," he nods.

"Individually… well I haven’t observed most individually yet… The King is proud and stubborn, but he has a good heart, he cares about his hive and will do anything to protect them, even if he doesn’t fully grasp how to do that, I can respect that," he starts, "The one known as Pine is… from what I have seen she seems most dangerous of the bunch, and maybe not the best of judge of situations, as she attemped to poison a large group of ponies she wouldn’t stand a chance against, so a little rash. The last one I have any information on is… I believe he is called Torr, and by pony standards he is… umm… mentally deficiant, something he can not be blamed for, and if I am able to work it out and the Changelings will allow, I would like to help him and them out a bit, we have ponies that specialize in teaching ponies and the such with disabilities," he nods again, and sighs, "The rest I don’t know much about besides apparently two are close siblings… not sure how much that is worth though."
